What comes included in my rental of the guestbook phone?

During your rental contract window, you will receive a shipping box to your preferred address that includes: the rental guestbook phone, set up instructions, guest instructions, charging cord and 2 charged lithium batteries (should you need them), return shipping instructions and a return shipping label with tape.

Do the guestbook phones come with instructions?

Yes, the phones will come with two sets of instructions. One for initial set up before your event, and another to return the phone. Event display instructional signs can be purchased as an add-on.

How do I record my guestbook phone greeting?

To record your greeting, hold the center logo button down until you hear a beep [and continue to hold the button] while you record your greeting. Let the button go when you are done your recording. We have also put these instructions inside of your rental shipping box.

Does the guestbook phone need a wi-fi connection?

Nope! Our phones are exclusively wireless, which allows you to place them anywhere during your event without any dependencies on wi-fi or any other sources.

How long will the battery last?

The phone battery uses very little power and could potentially stay charged for up to a week depending on how long you use it for your event. If there is any concern about the battery lasting, the charging cords are included in your rental.

Do you edit any of the voicemails?

If you prefer that your event recordings are edited down to remove any “dead air”, we have an add-on to edit that can be added to your cart.

How will I receive my voicemails after my event?

You will receive a digital link of ALL of your voicemails to your e-mail after your event, but if you prefer a “hard copy” we offer an add-on to receive a wooden USB that will be mailed to you.

When will I receive my voicemails after my events?

We strive to get your voicemails to you within 1-2 weeks without editing, and 3-4 weeks if the editing add-on is purchased. This is contingent upon the date the phone is received back to us.

When do I return the guestbook phone?

Your shipping label and packing tape will be included in your rental box, please use the same box it is sent in to return the guestbook phone. We ask that you return the phone to the specific courier within 3 days of your event.
